6 Days Uganda Gorilla Tour
Take this 6 Day Uganda Gorilla Tour and embark on a journey to meet one of the world’s rare species – the noble mountain gorilla. Encounter some of Uganda’s birds,frogs and butterflies while hiking through the thick jungle with an experienced local tracker in search of these creatures. Detailed Itinerary
DAY 1 – Arrival
Arrival at Entebbe International Airport on your Flight , you will be received by our representative then you’re transferred to Laico Lake Victoria or Carpe Diem
Day 2 – Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast drive south western of Uganda towards Lake Mburo National Park, you will make a brief stopover at the Equator to take photographs on arrival you will check in the the lodge and there after have lunch, in the afternoon, you will go for a boat cruise/ ride on lake mburo to view a variety of birds then return to the lodge, Dinner & over night at Mburo Safari Lodge or Rwakobo Rock Lodge Full Board.
Day 3 -Transfer to Bwindi National Park
Wake up early morning, go for a game drive and then have breakfast and thereafter you check out of the lodge and you drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park,you will have Lunch stop over at the Great Meseum after Ntungamo on arrival you will check in the lodge.
On arrival to your hotel in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, Dinner and overnight at Mulehe Safari lodge or Rushanga Havens , Full board
Day 4 – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park- Gorilla Tracking
Wake up early have a breakfast at 8:00am you will have a briefing and then you enter the forest to track the mountain Gorillas tracking can be a challenge so we respect you to be in a reasonable fit condition ,you will have a picnic lunch in the forest and it will be rewarding to have come close to these rare primates, the return journey will be easier – Dinner and over night at either Murehe Safari Lodge or Rushanga Gorilla Havens. Full Board.
Day 5 – Transfer to Kampala
After Breakfast you will begin your journey to Kampala , you will have a stopover at Igongo Cultural center and Museum , you will then visit the Museum, then eclipse monument and then have lunch, in the afternoon you proceed to kampala on arrival you check in the hotel, night at Hotel Africana Dinner & Breakfast.
Day 6 – City Tour and Departure
After breakfast you go for a city tour that will take you to Cathedrals kabaka’s palace craft village, the mosques, at old Kampala , then have lunch at a palace of your choice. Thereafter you are tranfered for your evening flight at Entebbe International Airport.Breakfast
